Warranty

Custom Built Aluminum and Screens, LLC does hereby warrant for a period of one year from the date of the completion of the project above, It is understood and agreed that in the event of defects and the necessity of making repairs, the homeowner will immediately notify Custom Built Aluminum and Screens, LLC in writing of its conditions and shall give Custom Built Aluminum and Screens, LLC reasonable time in which to make said repair. If any person, firm, corporation, other than Custom Built Aluminum Screens, LLC, attempts to perform any repairs to the property then this warranty could become null and void. This warranty does not cover any repairs made by anyone other than Custom Built Aluminum and Screens, LLC or one of its authorized representatives. Custom Built Aluminum and Screens, LLC shall not under be under any responsibility or liability whatsoever to make repairs to said property caused wholly or in part by windstorm, tornado, lightning, hail or other casualty or reasons of negligence by any party not directly associated with Custom Built Aluminum and Screens, LLC. Additional specific conditions of this warranty (if any) are listed on additional sheets.
